It ran very smooth and we never were left in the dark about the process
The paperwork was continually messed up and I had to correct it multiple times.I was asked for items I already sent.While all personnel were friendly and courteous, I had the feeling the paperwork showed a lack of attention to detail and, maybe, this was the first time they did the job.
