Laura and her husband have one son who keeps them on their toes, and as a family they love spending time outdoors. The Carolinas have been home since 2015, and she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else than the Upstate. She takes pride in serving her community and finds genuine fulfillment in helping individuals and families achieve homeownership in beautiful South Carolina because for her, it’s not just about closing loans, it’s about opening doors to lasting roots and new beginnings.

For many years, Jered watched his wife Kelly help hundreds of Veterans into homes – and he always wondered what a great feeling that must be. In April 2012, he finally got the opportunity to find out for himself and join our team in Greenville! He sincerely enjoys serving those who have served in our military branches. In his time away from work, he has the privilege of raising his two sons and partaking in all the outdoor activities South Carolina has to offer. They enjoy spending time on the water and hiking in the mountains.

Branch Loan Coordinator Blair Roberts has lived in the area on and off for over 40 years, and she’s passionate about helping buyers in the area make Greenville their home, as well. The relationships she shares with active duty service members and Veterans in her life inspire her to serve the military community. For Blair, helping Veterans become homeowners is her way of giving back to those who have dedicated so much for our country. Outside of work, Blair spends every chance she can out in nature, and she’s currently working on her bucket list of visiting every national park.
