Overall, Veterans United did a great job at helping me achieve my home. Buying a home can be stressful and there might have been a hiccup here and there but nothing is perfect and I couldn't of asked for a better team to deal with those hiccups with. Every single person was accommodating with my schedule and helped me with my specific financial situation. Thank you for helping my family purchase a house.

I was floored at how smoothly and quickly the loan was processed and went through. From the time we went under contract until the time we closed was less than a month. The appraisal was done in less than 4 days, everything came back and the agents were relentless at getting all boxes checked. They were pleasant and easy to get along with, very personable and knowledgeable about their jobs. Thanks a million times for such a wonderful experience.
Can't say I know many people that would say they enjoy the process of home buying. Was stressful and had some issues and comments I kept to my self being honest. But in the end I got a great home for close to what I was wanting to spend. No regrets but I do feel some member of this team could use a bit more training.

I'm very grateful to the team that I worked with! However I do have a small compliant, with the home insurance section of Veterans United. First I'll go over the home inspection, then I'll go over what almost killed the deal of the home. : Initially when the home was inspected, the report said that there was aluminum wire, and some how this got translated into aluminum wire in the house. After doing some talking my realtor,, she had an electrian look at the house, and found out that the aluminum wire was not in the house, but home insurance of Veterans United wouldn't except that. So did some talking with my realtor, and she talked with the electrician. The electrician (after a bunch of back and forth) finally said that the aluminum wire was only one wire, which was coming from the meter to the pole, it was in good condition, correct size, and that this was normal. However home insurance section of Veterans United still would not expect that.. This caused a lot of unessery stress, and depression on my part because I thought I wouldn't get the house because of something that is considered normal!
Although as a family we have bought and sold 8 homes, my late wife handled all the arrangements. I showed up at closing to sign papers. So, this was somewhat anxiety laden. Thanks to my realtor and the team at Veterans United. We successfully crossed the finish line. Thanks to all. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated.
I wasn't going to add anything about my disabilities. However I am an extreme case of PTSD, anxiety, with ADHD and usually become overwhelmed with any stress situation, these people kept me calm, I don't know how but they did and they never got inpatient at any time. You will understand what that means to me. Thank you so very much.
