This was an incredibly good experience for me. After dealing with some questionable loan representatives from several banks I contacted Veteran's united. and Spoke to Chris Endicott. He single-handedly restored my faith in the process. I knew I would go with Veterans United after conversing with him for a while. I cannot stress how important having someone that could understand my background and experiences. He was always there for me, and could understand when PTSD or Anxiety was flaring for me, which helped immeasurably. We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
