I was floored at how smoothly and quickly the loan was processed and went through. From the time we went under contract until the time we closed was less than a month. The appraisal was done in less than 4 days, everything came back and the agents were relentless at getting all boxes checked. Can't say I know many people that would say they enjoy the process of home buying. Was stressful and had some issues and comments I kept to my self being honest. But in the end I got a great home for close to what I was wanting to spend. No regrets but I do feel some member of this team could use a bit more training.
