My email address changed because of our move. Veterans United did not update my email until the very end of the process, after repeated reminders. My wife was constantly forwarding me emails regarding our loan. I can only suggest to promptly update contact info.We had a very good experience with Kelly. Thank you.
While our experience started off rocky, overall it was satisfactory...There were some moments where my wife & I questioned if we made the right choice going the VA because we spoke with other companies who stated we were paying too much in closing cost...Other than knowing if we were paying too much, our process was satisfactory.
