Everything was great. The team at Veterans United are very thorough. My only criticism is files and papers being requested at the last moment of the week or day, pushing the closing out.

There is so much to say, honestly. Nathan Bitner and his team have made purchasing our new home and refinancing it for a lower rate so easy. They have everything set up in one spot, and if you have any questions (I have a lot of questions), they are always right there and quick to answer. They are not pushy, but they do give you reminders about deadlines, and they work with you if you have something going on. That being said, we were on vacation in Matagorda fishing, and when we got back and closed on our new home, the first package we received was a congratulations present from them, which was a very cool tacklebox signifying the vacation we just had. We laughed and absolutely loved the gift. They are the easiest people to work with, and they are so very nice and knowledgeable.
