This was the first time I have purchased a home by myself and it was nice to have the team that Veteran's United put together to help step me through the process of purchasing a home. I really loved the online checklists to help me stay on track with what was needed. I am so grateful for Veterans United for helping become a home owner.
At the beginning it did feel as though some of the communication was lacking but as things picked up the team was quick to communicate and touch base. In the end Laura and her team were professional, polite, understanding, and straight forward. All the necessary requisites to making a successful home purchase.

Awesome loan team with Mike and his staff, very knowledgeable and always answered all of my questions.
No, I would not recommend it to anyone. It was extremely stressful, too disorganized, poor communication, not enough information given, and very confusing to go through . I was recovering from a surgery and they made the stress from that even worse. I had a fainting episode and had to go to the hospital again during this period of waiting for everything to go through.
