I would just like to say this team at Veterans United were fantastic and highly knowledgeable and whenever there was a glitch, they knew how to resolve it immediately. Anyone who is looking for a home needs to request this team specifically.

George and his team were nothing short of amazing. George made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone was on it! George was kind and very personable. George really looked out for me through this whole process. I felt like we were old friends. Travis made sure the process didn't skip a beat while George was on vacation. Blair was on it, making sure I had all my ducks in a row. Thank you Kimberly for getting me all of the information to make my move effortless. I couldn't be happier with my team! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Veterans United is top notch. If I purchase another home, I won't hesitate to use Veterans United.

From my first phone call to them I felt so connected, as if I was their only applicant. They were always there to answer my calls/texts/emails whenever I needed them... even on their days off! I am still amazed at how smooth they made everything... now I just need them to come unpack for me and I’ll be set! Lol

Kelly and Laura both were extremely helpful throughout our home purchase.
I have gone through Kelly before to purchase other homes. This latest purchase though was definitely a challenge for everyone involved because of the “uniqueness” of the property. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to buy a home. Kelly and her team definitely make the process less of a nightmare.

So happy with my experience with Veterans United. Not only did they provide the most competitive rates, they treated me with value and respect. The entire process was so easy! The online portal was easy to navigate and our loan specialist was very responsive and professional. Beyond satisfied with my experience & hope to use them again in future home buying!

Wasn’t happy with being told I needed to do a water test three weeks before closing. Feel since Veterans United prides themselves on VA loans they should have mentioned a water test sooner. Went under contract on July 24th with a closing of September 10. Wasn’t told needed a water test until roughly August 24th. Due to the short notice had to spend extra money to expedite the test. Not once did anyone from Veterans United apologize for not mentioning it earlier. Now the first test failed which isn’t Veterans United’s fault, but if I know sooner to do the test could have had the well treated and water tested sooner and more than likely not been delayed on closing.I would recommend just make sure you do your own research on what the VA may require.
