Jennifer and Sarah were absolutely incredible. They turned what appeared to be Dunkirk feeling and true uncertainty going from a construction loan to a permanent mortgage into a seamless process. There were multiple ups and downs through out our loan process. The government shut down did not help. Im not sure if it was the loan team or the underwriting team, but our blood pressure stayed high. Im sure individually they were great, but there were multiple times that someone we needed to speak to was out of office and times where documents had been submitted multiple times and still requested. Also times where agents would only speak to Jacob even though I am a joint buyer.
Great! We would use veterans United again, and had a great experience. Everyone was helpful, calm, and kind. Loved the process of the to do list and one place for documents and everything to easily know where were at in the process and make sure we are all aligned. They even sent us a sweet gift for our daughter. Thank you!
